  • Sunday, October 14, at the Main Library, 3745 9th Ave. N., at 1 p.m.;

On Tuesday, November 6, registered voters will have an opportunity to consider the amendments, some of which would increase the homestead property tax exemption; allow Florida voters to approve casino gambling; restore voting rights to Florida felons except in murder or sex offenses cases; create constitutional rights for crime victims; prohibit offshore oil and gas drilling and ban gambling on commercial dog racing by 2020.
